Progress Report and Final Report
Ethics committee approval requires researchers to submit annual reports and a final report.
Once completed, these reports should be forwarded to the Administrator of the relevant committee.
If the study is still recruiting, a copy of the latest approved version of information sheet and consent form must be attached.
