Central Committee

Jurisdiction


The Central Regional Ethics Committee is responsible for reviewing proposals for research that is to be carried out entirely within the following district health board regions:
  • Taranaki
  • Whanganui
  • Hawke's Bay
  • Midcentral
  • Wairarapa
  • Hutt
  • Capital and Coast

If your study also involves study localities outside the above District Health Board regions, it should be submitted to the Multi-region Ethics Committee in the first instance.
